About & contact

I’m a wildlife and nature photographer based in the UK. You might find me writing about how to take better pictures, both in camera and in editing software, in any number of newspapers and national magazines, from MacUser to the Sunday Times, to PhotoRadar. My photos have been widely published in the national press. Which is nice.

I’m in my element when I’m outdoors or watching wildlife – I’d do it even if I didn’t have a camera, although being able to use photography as a creative outlet is great! As it is I love being able to share some of the extraordinary sights the world has to offer with a big audience – if it inspires a single person to head outdoors or get involved with conservation, something good has happened.

This site is designed to share my photography, although you can find my day-to-day happenings over on my Facebook page. If you like the images on this site, you might be interested to click here to see my print shop, where you can see the images of mine currently available.

If you’d like to meet up, hear me speak about wildlife photography and pick my brains a bit, I run photography workshops at London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo. These are day-long photography courses designed to push your photography onwards and upwards, whatever you level. Click here to find out more.
